Imelda Busingye is the head of nursing in the pediatric oncology department at Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital in Mbarara, Uganda.
She obtained her RN from Mbarara University and trained further in oncology nursing through Boston Children’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard.
She values professionalism, moral responsibility, and providing excellent care to patients and contributing to the local and global communities.
