Samuel Mugisha graduated from the University of Manchester in 2018 with a MSc. Advanced Computer Science. He also holds an MBA from the University of Nicosia, Cyprus. He has over 10 years of experience in building e-health applications for resource poor settings.
He is co-founder at Stre@mline; an Electronic Medical Records platform for resource poor settings. He managed the design and engineering of the product; guided product priorities, product plans, and overall product strategy; Grew the platform from 0 to 800,000 patients within 4 years.
The platform is now used by more than 2,000 medical staff and 3,000 administrative staff in 40 hospitals in rural Uganda.
